following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

An Act relating to licensing of sport fishing services operators              
and fishing guides; and providing for an effective date.                       
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
CSHB175(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                
and placed on final passage.                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Kubina objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, it was so ordered.
